In short
BuildrHub is job management software for Australian trades. Its schedule shows day, week and month views of booked work, quote inspections, meetings and blockouts. Jobs that still need booking sit in a list next to the calendar, and dragging one onto a day books it. Work can be booked across several days at once with different hours on each, and recurring jobs can have repeating visits. Team members assigned to a booking get a notification, and a reminder before it starts.

What you get
A list of jobs to book
Jobs with no work booked wait beside the calendar, so nothing gets quoted, accepted and then forgotten. Drag one onto a day and it's booked.
Several days in one go
Pick the days, set the usual hours and change any day that's different. Fill weekdays adds Monday to Friday for you.
Repeat visits for service work
Recurring jobs get a visit that repeats, like every Monday and Thursday. Drag one visit and choose whether to move just that one or the whole run.
Crew notified and reminded
Put names on a booking and they get a notification straight away, then a reminder before the work starts.
A colour for every job
Give each job its own colour so a busy week reads at a glance.
Inspections and leave on the same calendar
Book quote inspections and block out leave next to the work, so the week shows who's actually free.
