BuildrHub is job management software for Australian trades. Its accountant reports turn the transactions already recorded in the app into registers for any period. There are seven: sales register, receipts register, expense register, expense payments, outstanding invoices, supplier balances and recorded job costs. Each one downloads as a CSV for a spreadsheet or accounting software, or as a PDF with your business name and ABN, and lists amounts ex GST and the GST shown on each document. Reports are for owners and admins.
Reports
Every invoice and every payment received in the period, with ex GST and GST amounts, ready to reconcile against the bank.
An expense register and a list of supplier payments, so your accountant can see what was bought and what was actually paid.
Outstanding invoices and supplier balances as at the end of the period, for the money still moving.
Recorded job costs show materials and labour against each job, for anyone who needs the costing behind the profit.
CSV drops into a spreadsheet or accounting software. The PDF carries your business name and ABN, ready to send.
A quarter, the financial year, or exactly the dates your accountant asked for.
How it works
Invoices, payments and expenses are recorded as you run the jobs.
Open Reports from the dashboard and choose the dates.
Choose the register or balance and see how many records it covers.
Save it as a CSV or PDF for yourself or your accountant.
