Invoicing
Claim a percentage or an amount of the contract and BuildrHub tracks what's billed and what's left. Add approved variations, bill time and materials, and get paid online.
BuildrHub is job management software for Australian trades. Every invoice belongs to a job and is built for that job's billing type. Fixed-price jobs send progress claims by percentage or amount against the original contract, optionally following a payment schedule set up front, with approved variations added as their own lines. Time and materials jobs bill unbilled hours and expenses, itemised or grouped. Recurring jobs bill each period by copying the quote or the last invoice. Clients can pay online by card, and reminder emails follow up unpaid invoices.
Invoicing
Claim part of the contract and BuildrHub shows claimed to date and what's left. Claim past the contract and it warns you first.
Set the stages when the job starts, like deposit, frame and lock up. Each claim picks up the next stage, and you can still bill off schedule.
Add approved variations to the claim as their own lines, so the client sees the base work and the extras separately.
Pull in unbilled billable hours and expenses, itemised, by type or by person. Each item is billed once, and removing it from a draft frees it up again.
Bill each period of a service job from the quote's rates, or copy the last invoice and change what's different.
Reminder emails follow up unpaid invoices and stop once it's paid. Clients can pay by card straight from the invoice.
